Honestly though, VERY cool video for people that grew up on Blues Clues back in the day. If I’m honest, I didn’t watch the show a ton. I think I was 12 years old when it came out? So I was on to Power Rangers and X-Men at that point. Grown up stuff. But I was certainly aware of the show and it’s lead character.
And he definitely still has ‘it.’ I’m not sure what ‘it’ is, but just the way he talks to the camera like an old friend, it’s perfect. He’s got that combination of genuine interest and empathy in his delivery. His powers have not faded over the years.
PS: You know what would have been more impactful to me personally? A message from a very good boy: Wishbone. Remember this guy??
I watched the CRAP out of this show. Any knowledge I have of classic literature comes from this show. I wonder what Wishbone is up to these days?
