(WHBL) – The lead investigator into last year’s election says it’s clear to him that there’s a cover-up going on among the mayors of Madison and Green Bay.
Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman told lawmakers on Wednesday that the mayors of Madison and Green Bay are refusing to answer any of his questions about the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life. He said he’s asked a judge in Waukesha to seize evidence from the mayors because they won’t cooperate.
Gableman has been looking into last year’s election in Wisconsin for months. He said it’s clear that people involved with the Zuckerberg money are trying to avoid the “uncomfortable questions” that he is asking.
Zuckerberg’s Center For Tech and Civic Life donated $10 million to more than 200 Wisconsin communities, including Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Kenosha and Racine.
Regarding the lawsuits filed against Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich and Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway, Gableman said, “Those two simply failed without reason or excuse to appear for their depositions and answer questions about how and to what extent they allowed Mark Zuckerberg’s employees to plan and adinister their city’s election in November 2020.”
