(WHBL) – The suspect in a Racine woman’s murder is in jail in Chicago.
Police in Chicago say they arrested Terry Jackson after a brief standoff on Sunday. He’s accused of shooting and killing Brittany Booker back on April 24th. Three other women connected to the killing have already been arrested.
Investigators say Jackson beat Booker in the head with a hammer in February. Authorities say he fled, but returned in April and shot her in the head.
No word as to why Jackson wanted Booker dead.
