If you grew up in the 70’s, 80’s, or 90’s in Northeast Wisconsin, there’s a good chance you saw a concert at the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena. While rock ruled the venue in the 70’s and 80’s, Country legends still squeezed in appearances. That changed in the 1990’s when more Country tours made Green Bay stops until the Resch Center began to take them in in the early 2000’s.
But now it’s time for the wrecking ball to make way for a much needed new convention center. Here’s a list of concerts that graced the building since the 1960’s as provided by Arena officials and from our station archives. Let us know if there’s one that was missed.
