(WHBL) – Governor Evers took a loss in Tuesday’s spring election, even though he wasn’t on the ballot.
Voters chose conservative judge Maria Lazar over Evers’ appointee Judge Lori Kornblum for the appeals court that is based mostly in Waukesha County. Lazar won the race by over 25 thousand votes.
The race was an expensive one, with the candidates and outside groups spending thousands of dollars on radio and TV ads.
