Amid the many unknown telephone callers you’re likely to avoid answering, there’s one you’re being urged to pick up. Healthy Sheboygan County has hired independent research firm JKV Research to call cell phones and landlines in order to conduct a 17-minute survey. The number used for the survey is 414-774-0623 and they’ll be making the calls until they reach 400 people to find out about access to primary care and health care coverage, and many other factors related to physical and mental health. There will be no questions asked about social security or banking account numbers or any other personally identifying information.
The answers will be used to supplement the 2020 community health assessment, and guide Sheboygan County Public Health and community partners to analyze trends over time.
The results will be released to the public later this year.
