A Manitowoc Man is facing a number of charges after Police say he pinned a woman to the ground and strangled her.
The incident reportedly happened Tuesday at a home on Clark Street. The victim told Police that she was at the man’s home when he snapped and attacked her. Police say that the woman had visible injuries on her body.
The 26 year old suspect, who hasn’t been identified, was taken to the county jail awaiting his initial hearing.
