A man accused of shooting a Canadian Tourist in town for a golf outing in September will be arraigned in November.
35-year-old Luis Cruz Burgos of Sheboygan will be arraigned on November 17th, charged with the fatal shooting of 32-year-old Canadian tourist Giovanni “Mike” Robinson of Ontario just after midnight on September 24th.
Robinson was visiting with friends on a golf outing and attempting to return from Sheboygan Falls to their room in Kohler when the group tried to hire Burgos to transport them. However, things went bad and Burgos allegedly shot Robinson while later driving past the group.
Cruz Burgos remains in custody on a charge of First Degree Reckless Homicide under a $2 million bond.
