Two new neighborhoods will break ground in Plymouth this summer with initial home occupancy expected next year.
The first is the Heritage Grove subdivision directly south of Greystone along Highway 67. This will be a 119-lot single family residential subdivision along the southwest corner of the City.
The second is along Pleasant View Road just south of St. Vincent de Paul—with construction expected to begin later this summer.
Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC) is serving as the master developer on the project that will feature 102 single family homes. The project will be the third subdivision of the SCEDC Housing Initiative funded by the Forward Fund, which was created to address a workforce development barrier – the county’s lack of affordable entry-level homes.
