New at the Iowa State Fair this year: Butter dipped ice cream.

First things first:

I picture the Iowa State Fair as just a million Bryan Bulaga’s walking around. Is this heaven??

I don’t know how I feel about this. I like butter. I like ice cream. But this feels like it might be too much? I assume this works like a dipped cone and the butter hardens almost immediately around the ice cream. I dunno, I wouldn’t make a road trip for it, but maybe I’ll walk up to the fine folks who sling corn on the cob at the County Fair and see if they’ll dip an ice cream cone in one of their vats of butter. If a little kernel or some corn salt gets on it, so be it.

Related: I can’t quite make out what she sprinkles on the top of the cone? Is that salt? Or crushed up Lipitor pills??
