Another roundabout could be coming to Sheboygan County – or maybe not – as the Wisconsin DOT is developing plans to reconstruct the Highway 32 and County Road J intersection.
Its reconstruction is a given, but public input is being sought on a key question: to install a roundabout, or should traffic signals control the flow?

To help decide, a meeting has been planned at the Howards Grove Village Hall at 4 PM Tuesday, August 18th. A short presentation will start the meeting with an open house format to follow, and project staff will be available for questions at that time. As additional land will need to be acquired for the right-of-way, impacts will differ depending upon the eventual plans.
The preliminary schedule expects the design phase, documentation and land acquisition to continue through 2029 with construction currently scheduled for the spring of 2030.
