We energies spent the morning working to get power restored to more than 2000 customers throughout the area. The company is blaming lightning strikes for damaging their facilities, with the largest outage centered in the vicinity of Cedar Grove.
Power was interrupted around 1 AM, and was not restored until 5:30 this morning.
