The Sheboygan driver in that tragic accident over the weekend which killed one teenager and injured 4 others is due in court today.
According to reports, the 16 year old teen driver was arrested following the one-car accident near Calumet on Saturday. She was one of 6 teenagers in the SUV at the time of the roll-over accident. Authorities say impairment appears to have been a factor in the crash.
